JAUSA is among the most successful companies
in the Maldives business arena. The primary business was inaugurated in
1981, as a proprietorship of Jaufar Easa Adam and formed in the name of
“Jausa Contracting Maldives Pvt Ltd” in 1992.
Over the years, Jausa has gained the trust of many valuable customers who have constantly relied to get the best services and products in the respective fields. The long lasting service and success is attributed to the loyalty and trust of the customers. In 2004, to provide more effective and efficient services to our customers the company underwent a reorganization to accommodate the rapid expansion. Hence, Jausa Holdings Private Limited was registered as a parent company and subsequently formed fully owned subsidiaries in the fields of construction, trading and property development.
In 2005, with the incorporation of Jausa Singapore, it showed its first presence outside Maldives. In 2007 opened its first showroom ‘JAUSA CERAMIC CITY’ in Singapore.
We make a binding commitment that runs far deeper than contractual obligations. It's a deeply personal commitment that goes above and beyond ordinary expectations.

Established: Wednesday, 16th December 1992 [as JAUSA CONTRACTING Maldives Private Limited], renamed to Jausa Construction Private Limited on 29th December 2002. A holding company JAUSA HOLDINGS Private Limited was then established to manage the group.
